Idag är det ju som bekant Prinsessan Estelles dopdag. Undrar om dom har prinsesstårta som doptårta? Vore ju onekligen passande ... Annars har jag ett förslag på en lite "uppdaterad" prinsesstårta, nämligen Estelletårta! Istället för marsipan täcks tårtan med kanderade rosenblad från rosen Estelle!

Today is the christening of Princess Estelle of Sweden. Here in Sweden we have a very commen cake called princess cake (sponge cake with raspberry jam and cream, covered with marzipan and with a rose on top). I wounder if they serve it in the Royal Palace today, Would be quite suitable ... Otherwise, I suggest a little "updated" princess cake, Estelle cake! Instead of marzipan cake is covered with candied rose petals from the rose Estelle!
